File Setup

Artwork & File Preparation

1Supply your logo as a vector file (AI or EPS) for the best reproduction quality across all decoration methods. Raster logos (JPEG, PNG) are acceptable for digital transfer and sublimation but may not be suitable for embroidery or engraving.

2For embroidery, your logo will be converted to a stitch file (DST). Complex logos with fine detail, gradients, or very small text may need to be simplified for embroidery reproduction.

3For screen printing on apparel, each colour in your design is a separate screen. Designs with more than 4 colours are typically better suited to digital transfer or sublimation.

4Laser engraving produces a single-colour result (the engraved material colour). It works best with bold, clean logos and text — fine detail and gradients are not suitable.

5Pad printing is ideal for small, flat surfaces (pens, USB drives). Designs should be simple and bold — maximum 3 colours, no gradients.

6For full-colour sublimation (mugs, bottles, apparel), supply artwork at 300 dpi in the correct template dimensions. Sublimation produces photographic-quality results.

Colour & Proofing

Colour Matching & Proof Approval

A digital proof showing your artwork on the product is provided for all orders before production. This proof shows placement, size, and colour intent.

For embroidery, a physical stitch-out sample is available before approving the full production run. This is strongly recommended for logo embroidery on apparel.

Colour matching on promotional products varies by decoration method and substrate. Screen printing on apparel can be Pantone-matched; pad printing and laser engraving cannot. We advise on achievable colour accuracy for each product.

Product colours (apparel, bags, drinkware) are subject to manufacturer availability. We will advise on available colour options and provide Pantone references where available.

Product Selection & Brief

Tell us your budget, quantity, intended use, and any product preferences. We recommend suitable products and provide a detailed quote including decoration and delivery.

Artwork & Proof

Supply your logo and any additional artwork. We prepare a digital proof showing your branding on the product. Embroidery orders include a stitch-out sample option.

Production

On written approval, products are ordered (if not in stock) and decorated at our facility or by our trusted decoration partners. Quality is checked before dispatch.

Delivery

Finished merchandise is delivered to your address, or we can arrange drop-shipping to multiple locations for large corporate programmes.
