Artwork review before production
Every job goes through a prepress check before it reaches the press. We check colour mode, resolution, bleed, fonts, and ink coverage. If we find an issue, we tell you before production — not after.
Proof approval on every job
We issue a digital PDF proof for every order and require written approval before proceeding to press. For colour-critical work, physical proofs are available. We do not go to press without your sign-off.
Clear communication
We provide itemised quotes, realistic turnaround times, and straightforward answers to questions. If something changes — a delivery delay, a stock substitution, an artwork issue — we tell you promptly.
Quality control at every stage
Finished work is checked before it leaves our facility. We look for colour consistency, registration, finishing quality, and correct quantity. If something is not right, we address it before delivery.
